The complete mill comprises of a cane carrier, two cutters, two, three or four (as required) mills of three rollers with under feed roller each, coupled to a reduction gear unit and equipped with hydraulic pressure on the top rollers for smooth and uniform crushing of sugar cane. All the mills are connected through an intermediate cane carrier or rack carrier.

Design and Material

The Mills are manufactured as per ISO design having crushing capacity of 10 to 3000 ton per day, Improvements have been made to achieve maximum juice extraction and higher crushing capacity and economic power consumption. Efforts have been made to use heavy and duty all steel material, cast-iron parts are only those deemed absolutely necessary in this particular material.
